Star Buds, a U.S.-based cannabis retail chain, approached us to extend their digital ecosystem beyond their website. Their objective was to develop a user-friendly mobile application and a powerful admin panel to enhance customer experience and streamline store operations. The app would allow end-users to browse cannabis products, place online orders for in-store pickup, and subscribe for recurring purchases. Meanwhile, the admin panel was designed to give store owners full control over their product listings, store management, orders, and customer subscriptions.
The Problem: Disconnected Workflows & Lack of Visibility

Their objective was to develop a user-friendly mobile application and a powerful admin panel to enhance customer experience and streamline store operations.
